Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical expert and advisor for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions, integrating SAP, SuccessFactors, and WorkForce Systems.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance on best practices, system integrations, data migrations, and technical configurations.
- Conduct system audits, performance optimizations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
