Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of the SuccessFactors Benefits module for clients.
- Gather requirements, design, configure, and customize the Benefits module to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize benefits administration processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits programs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
