The role will be primarily performed from the (close to) Dortmund Office - but Flexible Working Hours and Home Office options means you won't be tied to the desk. We are certainly seeking a Leader Mentality, someone who puts their work efforts first and then ensures the success of the Team. You'll be a key piece of a planned expansion plan with a direct report to the CEO.
You'll be happy to travel within Germany (and, sometimes Europe) but also you won't be working 24/7 and have ample time to take care of your non-work related priorities.
