Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Reports to: Manager / Team Leader Main Purpose of Job * To promote and uphold the company values, vision and processes at all times. * Create relationships with Clients/candidates * To achieve all KPI and activity goals Main responsibility Business Generation * Undertake Business Development calls and meetings to develop relationships to generate vacancies, new candidates and business opportunities * Explore all potential business opportunities * Grow, develop and maintain a niche database of candidates and clients from all sources * Book and attend Client Meetings * Book and attend Candidate meetings * Develop a deep understanding of your niche market * Understand Cloud International USPs / Structure of Company / brand to best sell yourself Sourcing Candidates * Effective use of our CRM, LinkedIn and 3rd party resume databases for all vacancies * Gaining referrals from existing candidates * Head hunting in niche markets * Networking with relevant candidates within your market place * Regenerating candidates from all relevant sources * Code and add comments as required for all candidates * Write quality and legal internet adverts for all new vacancies and post online to all relevant job sites
