SAP APO IBP Analyst, End User, Chicago, Illinois. My client a well known organisation are looking for a SAP APO IBP Analyst to join their organisation, ideally they are looking for candidates to have a strong background in SAP PP, SAP APO who has then worked with SAP IBP.

Candidates should have the following experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with SAP IBP including hands-on configuration
At least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP IBP S&OP or IBP Demand including Blueprint phase
Minimum 5 years working with business processes related to Supply Chain Planning such as Sales & Operations Planning, Forecasting / Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Manufacturing Scheduling, and Inventory Optimization
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with SAP manufacturing processes in ECC (PP/MM).
Experience working with SAP Supply Chain Cloud Solutions such as Ariba Solutions, Yard Logistics, and the IBP Suite as strong plus.
Experience with SAP SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration) a strong plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong skills in systems analysis, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and technical error resolution
Strong working knowledge of software development lifecycles and how to take a solution from concept through design, development, testing, and deployment including release and change management
Strong business requirements analysis skills; ability to develop alternatives, identify pros and cons, and recommend preferred systems solutions to business problems
Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate business reporting needs into specific technical requirements and report designs
Business Relationships: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders; appropriately manages stakeholder expectations; collaborates effectively
Project Management: Able to create work breakdown structure and project plans and manage execution for small projects
Communicates clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communications; able to clearly explain technical solutions to a business person
Preferred Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain a strong plus.
ASCM, APICS CPIM a strong plus.
Experience with companies who sell through "big box" retail channels
Experience in global environments
Experience with manufacturing planning and shop floor scheduling
Experience with LEAN tools including problem analysis, Kaizen, and value stream mapping a plus
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration or equivalent
